The #BestSelfChallenge is simple: think about a few descriptive words of your anti-self and then draw it. Then do the same with your genuine or best self.

Deceptively easy, the challenge gently guides a person toward some much needed self-reflection.

The famed life coach encouraged Sophie and Joe to list 'descriptives of your anti.'

Joe was quick with his answers and listed that he could be 'doubtful' and a 'people pleaser.'

Coach Mike, who has been a mainstay on The Dr. Phil Show, then had the pair draw what that looked life.

'Mine is blobby,' the Game of Thrones star laughed as she drew her amorphous image.

In response Sophie laughed: 'I've only got three - funny, driven and life of the party.'
