Speaking to Hit 105.5's AB & Ben on Friday, the 29-year-old said he was furious that the show made it seem as though he was cheating on Florence Moerenhout with his new girlfriend, Georgia Cook. Davey admitted he was feeling 'pretty annoyed' by the whole experience, but was 'relieved' to finally be able to tell his side of the story. Bachelor in Paradise's Davey Lloyd (pictured) has revealed he is furious with Channel 10 for portraying him as a cheater Sounding clearly frustrated, Davey clarified the timeline of how he first met Georgia, a 21-year-old Instagram, late last year. 'I did not have a girlfriend going on Bachelor in Paradise,' he said. 'I came home [from Fiji] on a Thursday, I went out Friday night, I met Georgia, we met once. And then they flew me back [to Fiji] on the Tuesday.' Davey explained he returned home the first time thinking his journey on the show was over, and didn't realise producers would fly him back to Fiji a few days later. But when it became evident things weren't going to work out, Davey focused on building a relationship with Georgia instead. Davey claimed that Bachelor in Paradise's producers edited him to look like a 'bad guy', and he's been attracting backlash because of it. 'I came home on a Thursday, I went out Friday night, I met Georgia, we met once, and then they flew me back on the Tuesday,' he explained 'I'm the happiest I've ever been, and it's tainting how I feel now, because I should be happy, but yet I'm angry,' he fumed. 'They edited it to make it look like I had a girlfriend, and I didn't.' Davey said that Bachelor in Paradise had turned him off dating shows, but he would still be open to appearing on The Block. 'The only pain you're going to get is if you hit your hand with a hammer!' he joked.
