And now Kimberley Walsh, 37, was put through her paces alongside BFF Nicola Roberts, 33, as they enjoyed an outdoor fitness session in London on Thursday.
The mother-of-two looked showcased her radiant appearance following her rigorous workout alongside Nicola and their personal trainer.

The TV star donned a fluorescent pink T-shirt, which she stylish tied into a knot above her midriff and teamed it with a pair of navy gym leggings.
Carrying a water bottle, she wrapped a black oversized jumper around her waist and draped another grey piece of clothing over her arm.
She left her shoulder-length locks loose while pal Nicola sported a pair of grey adidas leggings with a matching hoodie.
The flame-haired songstress left her locks loose and donned a pair of kooky shades for the outing, which saw her jogging also Kimberley and their personal trainer P Mac.
