But that didn't stop the Legally Blonde actress from opening about her bad days in an unvarnished new Instagram shared Friday.

There, along with a candid photo, the 46-year-old talent admitted: 'Here's the truth. I feel sick as all hell.'

The ailing star's hard day was filled with physical and personal obstacles.

Explaining her current condition, Selma revealed: 'I am vomiting and all the things which are not polite to speak of.'

Making matters worse, she continued: 'My son ran away. From me. I have to get him to school.' Her son Arthur is only seven years old.

Adding to her list of woes, Selma said: 'The medical treatments take their toll.'

But the star continued to keep positive, telling followers: 'I am going to get through this. We do.'
