She's been through the wars lately after suffering a black eye in a freak accident and hurting her leg just before her 30th birthday.
But Sam Frost has washed her injury drama right out of her hair and spruced up her 'do by having new extensions fitted on Friday.
The Home and Away star took to Instagram to flaunt her new look and told fans she was thrilled with her healthy new mane, after confessing her natural hair has been left 'super fragile and damaged'.

Sam took to her Instagram story to share before and after photos of her hair transformation with her 508k followers.
The first photo showed her lackluster locks in need of a little TLC and her extensions being bonded, while the second flaunted Sam's finished look from behind.
Thrilled with her new fresh and sleek tresses, Sam wrote: 'Super natural and perfect colour blend. I love it!'
