Veteran Australian comedian Car Barron may joke for a living, but the price of his newly listed apartment is no laughing matter.
The 54-year-old is asking $5-5.5million for his three-bedroom unit, located in the hip inner-city suburb of Potts Point.
As reported by The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, the luxury north-west facing Sydney flat is located on the 16th floor of the Rockwall Apartments.

Carl purchased the apartment for a cool $4million in 2013.
The unit is offered for sale by Jason Boon at Richardson & Wrench, and has a rental estimate at $3000 per week.
