Amanda Holden posed as a glamorous assistant for hilarious children's entertainer Graeme Mathews in the fifth auditions episode of Britain's Got Talent.

The judge, 48, took to the stage in her gorgeous gold gown after the showman asked her to provide an extra pair of hands for his act.

In a clip from Saturday night's episode, he said: 'Hello! My name's Graeme and it's now time for some magic and for my magic tonight I am going to need a glamorous assistant.

The mother-of-two then hesitantly took to the stage as Graeme grinned in his flashy leopard print shirt before explaining his plans for the audition.

He said: 'So what we're going to do tonight is me and Amanda are going to do some magic. First I'm going to start with a simple magic trick so I've got some cards here tonight.

'I've got birthday cards, I've got a wedding card, I've got get well soon cards, I've got welcome to your new home and happy birthday'.

The entertainer then offers the very distinctive cards to Amanda to choose from.

But instead of letting her place it back in the pile, he begins flipping through the colourful cards to 'predict' which one she chose as she clings onto her chosen object.

He said: 'I will now predict which card Amanda has picked. Amanda, I've forgotten what one it was now.'
