Today's Georgie Gardner, 48, has finally offloaded her two-bedroom apartment in Sydney's Woollahra after failing to find a buyer at auction in March.
While Georgie and her investment banker husband Tim Baker initially hoped to fetch $9M, the Edgecliff Road property was sold for just $862,500, The Sunday Telegraph reports.
The Eastern Suburbs home was the first property Georgie purchased, with the blonde snapping it up for just $346,000 back in 1998.

Meanwhile, the couple recently offloaded another part of their property portfolio- their South Coast weekender in the idyllic getaway of Culburra Beach.
The house was on the market for six weeks before it was snapped up at auction for $800K.
