She regularly posts details of her gruelling daily workouts to her social media channels.

And Ali Larter ensured she worked up a sweat as she hit a gym in the Santa Monica area of Los Angeles on Sunday. 

The actress, 43, showed off her toned abs in a white polka dot crop top as she headed out to her car.  

The Resident Evil star teamed her sports bra with black form-fitting Lululemon leggings and flip flops.

The mother-of-two scraped her blonde locks back into a messy bun and went make-up free to showcase her naturally glowing complexion.

Ali kept her hair in place with a pair of black sunglasses and left the gym carrying a brown paper bag.
