Former Home and Away star Kate Ritchie was left red-faced after suffering an unfortunate gaff live on air on Monday. 

During a segment on Nova 96.9's Kate, Tim and Marty, the 40-year-old confused Mount Everest in Asia to Australia's Mount Kosciuszko.
