Tania Zaetta's twin babies, Alby and Kenzie, were born three-and-a-half weeks premature last September.
And on Monday, the former Who Dares Wins host spoke to Woman's Day about her challenging journey into motherhood.
Tania, 49, who went into preterm labour after spending three weeks in hospital with preeclampsia, said she was heartbroken when her children were taken to the special care nursery hours just hours after birth.

'I'm now one of those women who say it's a life-changing moment, because it is, and seeing my babies in the special care nursery with cords and wires attached to them and tubes down their noses... I've never felt so helpless,' she said.
The former Bollywood star, who shares her twins with partner Chris Rodgers, revealed that she was only allowed to cradle her little boy and girl once every 24 hours in the 'first few days' after giving birth.
She added: 'I could also put my hand in the incubators and stroke them. It's just this feeling of such intense love. Life changed forever for the better.'
