Danielle Armstrong has spoken about her best friend's death and how her late pal's cancer battle has driven her to participate in The All New Monty: Ladies Night.
The 31-year-old former TOWIE star is joining a legion of fellow celebrities in stripping off on the show, the first part of which airs on Tuesday evening, where they are raising awareness for the prevention of women’s cancers.
As the first anniversary of Sammy's death approaches, Danielle admitted she was aiming to raise awareness for her friend, who she branded: 'My angel'.

In May 2018, Danielle revealed Sammy had sadly passed away following her battle with breast cancer after which she shared the journey as she, as her family and friends to give her late pal an emotional farewell.
Ahead of starring on the Full Monty, alongside stars including Megan Barton Hanson and Victoria Derbyshire, she spoke about why the cause is so important to her.
