The Talk alum, Sara Gilbert, 44,revealed last month that she was leaving the show after nine seasons.
And rumors were confirmed on Tuesday that Marie Osmond, 59, would be replacing the original star.
The CBS show made the announcement live on air, with the new star to join current hosts Eve, Carrie Ann Inaba, Sharon Osbourne, and Sheryl Underwood when they return for season 10 in September.

The rumors are true! Marie Osmond confirmed on Tuesday that she would be replacing Sarah Gilbert on The Talk from September when the show launches its 10th season

Osmond then proceeded to individually share what she loved about each of the current hosts.
'To Sharon Osbourne, they introduced me as Marie, not Marie Osmond, because there is only one Mrs O. at this table. You are brilliant, you are strong, and over the nine years that I have come in and co-hosted and everything, I've learned so much from you and I respect you so much.'

After revealing she was 'thrilled to be calling The Talk her day job' and working with 'such smart, strong, talented women who she immensely respects,' Marie also shared the happy news with the show's 300K Instagram followers.
'I'm so excited,' she said before showing the large bouquet of flowers CBS had given her.
