She's been getting back to life as usual after a brief bout in treatment to deal with her mental health.

And Britney Spears looked like she was healthy and thriving as she ventured out to an LA Starbucks with her bodyguard on Wednesday.

The Lucky singer's was escorted out by her protection the same day that she was granted a restraining order against former manager Sam Lutfi over harassing texts and social media messages.

Britney was granted a temporary restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Wednesday.

The judge signed off on the order after the 37-year-old entertainer's attorneys filed legal documents claiming Lutfi has been repeatedly texting Britney's mother Lynne, and trying to incite her fans with the #freebritney movement. 

Lutfi, however, contended that he hasn't had contact with Britney since 2009, as he also claimed texts sent to Lynne Spears are not enough to warrant a restraining order.

Spears legal team was joined by father Jamie when the temporary order was approved. Lutfi must now stay a minimum of 200 yards away from the singer, her children and her parents.

While he denied contacting the singer, he also continued to defend himself against claims he'd caused 'substantial emotional distress' to Spears via comment on social media and maintained that blocking his comments would be a violation of his free speech.

Lutfi posted 'disparaging and threatening comments' against the star and her family in recent weeks, according to documents filed by Spears' team.
