Former AFL star Brodie Holland and his Price Is Right wife Sarita Stella have sold their four-bedroom Ascot Vale family home for $1.525 million.
Failing to sell at auction in March, the couple settled for $65,000 under their original $1.59 million reserve price last week.
According to Realestate.com.au, the parents of three accepted the offer just four weeks after listing the Melbourne property for private sale in early April.

While they took less than what they were originally hoping for, Brodie and Sarita made a sizable profit on what they paid originally for the property in 2010: $780,000.
The duo have extended and renovated the home since their purchase almost a decade ago.
The main home includes four bedrooms, with another bedroom situated in the self-contained studio in the backyard.
