Britney Spears will appear in court in Los Angeles on Friday.
The singer will be by her mother Lynne Spears' side as she tries to obtain the Toxic singer's medical files and treatment plan, according to TMZ.
The site added that Lynne does not want to become her daughter's co-conservator. At the moment, Britney's father Jamie has been her sole conservator for the past 11 years.
But she does want to look at the medical records because her daughter is allegedly 'not doing well.' A conservator is the only person who can look at those records.
