The Love Island beauty, 28, confessed all as she uploaded an Instagram snap of herself in a cleavage-baring neon orange swimsuit, during her sun-soaked getaway to Dubai on Saturday.

Earlier in the day, Olivia took to her Instagram stories to tell her fans that she's planning to go under the knife to get her breasts 're-done'.
Donning a stone-coloured cardigan and bed hair, she told the camera: 'So loads of you are asking what surgery I’m having done and I’m finally getting my bobs re-done this week.
'Nothing more, nothing less so everyone can just calm down.'
She also revealed she'll be keeping her followers updated with her progress, adding: 'I am gonna share my details and stuff with you guys,
