She made her acting debut over thirty years ago.
But Emma Thompson proved that she's still got time for her fans as she greeted them in New York on Monday after jetting into the city to make her debut on Saturday Night Live.
The actress, 60, stepped out in the city wearing a long white coat, teamed with a black and white polka dot blouse, jeans and silver loafers.

Emma grinned as she signed autographs and posed for photos outside her hotel, before being escorted away by a member of staff who held an umbrella above her.
Over the weekend, the Sense and Sensibility star made her debut as a host on the the late night sketch comedy series.
She was joined by American female comedians Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for a Mothers Day
