Channel 10 has broken its own terms and conditions after the network allowed a former employee to win a cool $10,000 on their new game show on Monday. 

As reported by TV Blackbox, former employee Andrew Logue appeared on the premiere episode of Celebrity Name Game and took home the prizemoney with his brother. 

Andrew reportedly worked for 10 for four years but left in November, with terms and conditions stating contestants are not to have worked for the network in the past two years.
