Britney Spears's mom Lynne Spears was seen shopping in Thousand Oaks, California on Wednesday amid the ongoing legal battle surrounding the pop star's conservatorship - and her recent insistence Britney's doing 'wonderfully' amid the chaos.
Lynne wore a black sweater over a plunging lime green top with purple dots, black jeans and beige Ugg boots on the spring day at the shopping center in the Ventura County.
The McComb, Mississippi native, 64, had her dark locks parted to the side with mirrored sunglasses, and accessorized with bracelets and a necklace while toting a light beige purse.

While Lynne on Monday told TMZ that the Gimme More artist is doing 'wonderfully,' controversy continues to swirl around the 37-year-old Grammy-winner and the conservatorship currently commandeered by Jamie Spears, 66.
A conservatorship is a 'court case where a judge appoints a responsible person or organization to care for another adult who cannot care for himself or herself or manage his or her own finances,' according to the California Judicial Branch.
While Jamie has controlled his daughter's finances ever since her infamous public breakdown in 2007, Britney is fighting in the courts to end the arrangement.
The Toxic vocalist is currently at the center of a social media campaign dubbed #FreeBritney, which was set up by her fans in a bid to help her in the task.

Lynne - who wants to take a role in the conservatorship if it remains in place - is adamant the singer is thriving.
Lynne 'has always wanted to have a position in Britney's conservatorship,' a source told ET, and has tried at different points over for years to have some sort of say.'
Amid speculation how Lynne is involved, a source told US that 'reports that Lynne is trying to help Britney loosen the constraints of the conservatorship are false,' and that 'if anything, Lynne wants Britney back in treatment, and that angers Britney.'
