But Gerhard looked almost unrecognisable in a throwback photo shared to Instagram on Wednesday.
In the picture, the now 52-year-old was dressed in a white T-shirt and showed off a curly '90s mullet and moustache.

It appears the picture was taken when Gerhard was in his twenties or thirties.
He wrote in the caption: 'Very young and as wild as the Wild West! But this was a very long time ago!'
