She is perhaps better known for her work in front of the camera, but Bella Thorne has added another credit to her directorial resume with the steamy video that accompanies new Steve Aoki single Do Not Disturb.
The versatile actress both stars in and directs the colourful four minute promotional video, in which she features alongside Aoki and transgender model and YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous.
Taking its visual cues from cult horror classic The Shining, surreal period drama Barton Fink and the more contemporary American Horror Story: Hotel, Thorne’s latest directorial offering finds her looking for salvation in the winding, neon lit corridors of a downtown Los Angeles hotel.

However the path to redemption is filled with sexual temptations, and a scantily-clad Thorne ignores the hotel's provocatively dressed young residents as she attempts to find the elusive Gorgeous in Room 17.
Despite her resistance she momentarily succumbs after stumbling across DJ Aoki at a hotel party, and as oblivious party goers let their hair down around them she writes her room number on his hand in blood red nail varnish.
Carefully track as she sashays past through a series of vibrantly lighted rooms, Thorne soon find number 17, but after a candlelit bath with the fishnet clad Gorgeous she discovers all is not what it seems.
