He has been advised by doctors to lose 10 stone after admitting he is 'on death row' after gaining weight.
And James Argent embarked on a health kick as he was pictured eating a green salad on the set of Celebs On The Farm in Kent on Thursday afternoon.
The former TOWIE star, 31, was in his element as he relaxed during his lunch break in between takes of filming for the reality series, set to air later this year.
