The Only Way Is Essex star was flummoxed after being accosted by celebrity gossip website TMZ while accompanying Cheban, 45, on a house-hunting expedition in the Hollywood Hills.
Sitting alongside the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant in the rear of a luxury car, Gemma, 38, found herself confronted by a TMZ cameraman, who used the opportunity to ask the voluptuous reality star if she was ‘on-board with selling breast milk.’

Evidently taken aback by his unexpected line of questioning, the usually outspoken Gemma could only muster a bemused ‘what?’ by way of response.
'Body builders are buying breast milk,' the cameraman explained, adding a degree of contest to his original question.
'She's going to have a lot of breast milk,' Cheban joked as they pulled away.
