The cast of The Only Way Is Essex were out in force on Thursday, as they paraded around in the sunshine in park in Clacton.

The tattooed reality personality slicked his mane back in vintage Essex style, not doing any favours to the cliché by adding a long gold medallian to the look, which hung around his neck.

He added a chunky blingy watch to the ensemble - a dangerous move while flaunting around in the sunshine.

He wore stone chino shorts with a black belt and trainers to finish the ensemble.
