Lindsay Lohan's rep says Paris Hilton is 'desperate for attention'

On Tuesday, Paris Hilton called Lindsay Lohan '[beyond] lame and embarrassing' while a guest on Watch What Happens Live.

And one day later, Lindsay's rep told Us Weekly: 'Obviously, Paris needs to feel relevant and is desperate for attention.'

Paris, 38, and Lindsay, 32, were close friends in the early 2000s before they ended their friendship in 2006. 

The heiress and the actress were rumored to have parted ways as friends after Lindsay began dating Paris' ex Stavros Niarchos.

Soon after, Paris was heard laughing as her pal Brandon Davis made fun of Lindsay and called her a 'firecrotch.'

In 2011, Paris gave a homeless woman earrings during an episode of her reality show The World According To Paris; the woman accidentally called her Lindsay and said 'I thought you were supposed to be in rehab' to which Paris quipped 'If I were Lindsay I would be stealing earrings, not giving them away,' via Vanity Fair.

She was referring to the $2,500 necklace Lindsay allegedly stole from a jewelry store. 

Paris said in a December 2017 interview that the 2006 night she, Britney and Lindsay were seen hanging out and partying - when they were dubbed The Holy Trinity - was not what it seemed.

She said: 'It was just Brit and I out and then [Lindsay] just, like, chased us to the car and got in. She wasn't invited. She wasn't even on the list,' via Us Weekly.

In July, a Paris fan account posted a throwback video of Lindsay calling Paris a curse word before turning around a moment later and saying she loved her and that's her friend.

Paris commented on the post, writing: '#PathologicalLiar.' 

On Tuesday night, Paris was on  and host Andy Cohen said during the Plead The Fifth segment to say three nice things about former pal Lindsay.

After a long pause, Paris said: 'She's beyond.'

Andy then said: 'That's good. That's pretty nice for you to say she's beyond.'

However, Paris clarified on what she meant: [beyond] lame and embarrassing.'
