The 31-year-old wore a sleeveless white crop top, matching high waist trousers, a wide-brim hat, a silver bob wig, and a double necklace.
Her glamorous outing comes a day after she told has had liposuction, four boob jobs and and buttock augmentation.

Chyna has been busy on the publicity rounds - her Insta Stories showed Thursday that she was visiting the popular radio show The Breakfast Club.
She smiled for a photograph as she posed in front of a window that looked in on the room where the show's episodes are recorded.
While on The Wendy Williams show this Wednesday, Chyna explained that one of her breast procedures was a reduction and that she had liposuction after childbirth.
After welcoming her now two-year-old daughter Dream with her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian, Chyna felt her belly was 'out of control, so I had some of it taken out.'

Chyna shared that she met Rob through his elder sister Kim Kardashian, whose daughter North, five, was playmates with Chyna's son King Cairo, six.
At the time, Chyna was engaged to King Cairo's rapper father Tyga - who went on to date Rob and Kim's then teenage little sister Kylie Jenner.
