Filming for Liar's hotly-anticipated return is underway, with scenes picking up where the nail-biting season one finale ended with Andrew Earlham's shock death.
And Amy Nuttall was seen filming intense scenes for the show's second season on Friday, in which she had a heated argument with her co-star Howard Charles.
The former Emmerdale star, 36, looked distressed as she and the 35-year-old The Musketeers star clashed for the cameras.

Amy could be seen reaching out to hold Howard's arm as they talked animatedly in a dockyard, before the actor stormed off.
The intense scenes continued, as Amy tried to follow her co-star so they could speak, even as he walked briskly away from her.
The actress, who is set to play an as-yet-untitled role in the film, was seen shooting another scene later on in which she wore a downcast expression and walked alone.
Dressed in a blue, white-collared shirt and navy blue trousers, it appears that her character could be working in the medical field.

Filming for series two commenced
