Life in Italy certainly seems to be agreeing with Kate Langbroek.
After moving to Bologna with her family in January this year, the 53-year-old radio host and TV presenter discovered she had lost six kilos.
It was her radio co-host, Dave Hughes, who noticed her slimdown, when she surprised him in their Melbourne studio during Monday's Hughesy & Kate.

Hughesy, 48, brought up her weight loss again during Tuesday's broadcast, with Kate admitting she hadn't been actively trying to slim down.
'I always found it very hard to lose weight, because quite frankly, I'm not as interested in losing weight as I am in eating food. It's as simple as that,' she said on the radio program.
And she admitted she had been indulging in 'la dolce vita' since packing her bags and moving overseas.
