And weeks after MKR went off screens, Josh Bonwick is still stirring the pot.

On Tuesday, the 25-year-old took a swipe at Channel Seven's House Rules, poking fun at the renovation show's disappointing ratings.

House Rules is currently airing on Channel Seven, taking over the 7:30pm timeslot previously occupied
