Ricky Schroder 'won't be prosecuted' for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend a second time, according to TMZ.
The former child star was arrested twice in the last 60 days for 'felony domestic violence' stemming from incidents at his Los Angeles-area home.
Legal documents revealed that the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office won't pursue charges against the 49-year-old Silver Spoons vet 'after the victim told cops it was an accident.'

Ricky was reportedly 'under the influence of alcohol and Ambien' when she startled him and he accidentally struck her while waking up.
She told authorities that his arms flailed and he accidentally hit her, but the D.A. had a difficult time proving the allegations as she was also under the influence at the time.
Following the multiple arrests, TMZ reported that Schroder was dropped by his business team.

According to the report, Ricky's 'agent, manager and PR people have severed ties with him — a direct result of the recent felony domestic violence arrests.
Schroder found himself in a jail cell twice for two similar incidents on April 2 and May 1 - both times for allegedly hitting his girlfriend.
Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to prosecute the first arrest - due to lack of evidence - after his girlfriend 'refused' to cooperate with police.
