Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson has reportedly been charged for domestic violence following his arrest last week.
TMZ report that the 29-year-old actress' partner has been charged by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office and could face up to four years in prison.
The original arrest came after the couple had an argument after a night of drinking after which she was initially seen with red marks on her neck before it was later discovered that the injuries were more serious than originally believes.

MailOnline has contacted the L.A. County District Attorney's Office and Hayden, who has been dating Brian for a year, for comment.
Following the arrest it was reported that Hayden's friends and family are reportedly 'more worried than ever' for her safety following the incident, according to People.
