And in new behind-the-scenes images, Ioan Gruffudd - who plays Earlham - is seen evidently filming flashbacks portraying how he was killed off.
Pictured this week on the Maldon Salt Marshes in Essex, Ioan was seen covered in mud, seemingly fighting for his life, gripping at his throat.

Joanne - who plays rape victim Laura Nielson - was pictured walking alongside Ioan in initial snaps, laughing with her co-star, both dressed in spotless outfits.
Yet things soon take a turn when the scenes look to get vicious before too long.
Adding to this, Ioan was spotting brandishing a knife - but seemed to fall victim to it himself later in the scene.
