Olivia Newton-John's physician brother Hugh Newton-John passed away earlier this month.
The 70-year-old revealed the heartbreaking news in an Instagram post on Friday.
While the cause of death is not yet known, the Australian singer told her fans that he suffered 'many years of decline'.

Olivia shared a collage of photos of Hugh taken from birth to what appears to be current day.
The Grease star accompanied the images with text that read: 'My dear, sweet, gentle, clever, brother Hugh passed away May 7, 2019, in Melbourne, Australia after many years of decline.
'I love him so and will miss him terribly. Love & light, Olivia.'
