On coping with life on reality TV, the reality star revealed: 'I mean, it [TOWIE] was amazing and it provided so many opportunities, but, that was the start of my anxiety.
'I think, you have to grow a very thick skin and be aware that if you’re gonna join a reality show, there’s gonna be loads of highs and lows because some of the stick that you get, on social media, can be soul destroying.'
