She lamented her lost love Jamie Redknapp in 'deeply personal' lyrics from her comeback track.

And Louise Redknapp was putting her personal life aside to focus on her career as she left another performance of her West End show, 9 To 5 The Musical on Friday night.

The 44-year-old star was cool and casual in a cream linen blazer, which she wore over a plunging black form-tipping top as she headed home after the show.

Louise teamed her black top with a pair of slightly distressed blue jeans, while finishing her look with a pair of leather heeled boots.

The performer appeared to be sporting a sun-kissed glow, as she accentuated her naturally radiant complexion with light touches of make-up.

The mother-of-two styled her blonde locks in loose beachy waves and accessorised her outfit with a pair of simple silver hoop earrings.

Louise has been working hard on her chart comeback since reemerging into the spotlight in 2016's Strictly Come Dancing.

Amid her return to music she recently shared lyrics from her new song, Small Talk, which is her most 'deeply personal' hit yet as she talks about her split from ex-husband Jamie.

The singer's words reference a break-up, where she says things are 'a little awkward', in a bid to help her fans who are going through something similar.

Louise and Jamie were married for 19 years before being granted a divorce in December 2017 but have remained amicable and co-parent sons Charlie, 14, and Beau, 10.

Only recently, the singer called the former footballer, 45, her 'best friend' and confessed that she still finds it tough dealing with their split.

And Louise's new lyrics appear to reference all these factors, as they say: 'We used to be in love, we used to be inseparable.

'Now it's a little awkward, it's like we've never met before.
