And now, Peter, 37, spoke candidly about his feelings of shame and embarrassment following the scandal. 'I was embarrassed, I was ashamed about it all too because I got my network into trouble,' he told The Herald Sun on Saturday. Peter explained that apologising for the incident was the 'right thing to do' and that he is now in a better place. 'I apologised, which was the right thing to do and got things back on track again, but I’m in a pretty good place, a really good place actually,' he said.
