Cooling off: The Spice Girls wound down from their first Spice World 2019 comeback performance on Friday night in very different ways - with Mel B apparently demanding 'shots right now' and Mel C hitting an ice bath Shots right now (thank you very much): According to The Sun, as soon as the ladies vacated the stage at Croke Park in Dublin, they bought tequila for the whole production crew, including the dancers, choreographers, techies and stage management Elsewhere, Mel C was seen dunking herself into an ice bath to relieve her aches from her energetic dance routines. The Holler songstress, 45, uploaded an Instagram video explaining to the camera: 'Being Sporty Spice is a lot of maintenance. I'm quite stiff after our first show last night in Dublin. Thank you it was epic.' She was then seen pouring ice into her bath of cold water and slowly lowering herself into it, yelping as she did so. 'It's okay. I've only got to sit here for 10 minutes,' she said, adding unconvincingly: 'It's fine!' The dancers from the show clearly enjoyed their first night after-party, with many taking to Instagram looking bleary-eyed and worse-for-wear. One was snapped asleep on a plane out of Ireland, a hoodie over his head, with the caption 'mess'.
