The pop punk singer, 35, is well-known to music lovers for the chart-topping debut single Wasabi, which he released following his stint on Idol in 2005.

But Lee won lofty plaudits from both fans of The Voice on Sunday and the coaches for his rendition of Killing In The Name by Rage Against The Machine.
For many, his audition almost fourteen years since appearing on the Channel Ten show was a welcome trip down memory lane.
'Lee Harding is still the man,' one fan wrote.
'Rock n' Roll is coming back - I already hope Lee wins,' another added.
But for other fans of his mid-noughties fame, his choice of song on Sunday night was a disappointment.
