Taking to Instagram last week, the celebrity chef posted a shirtless side-by-side image of himself, which showed off his slimmed-down physique.

'It is amazing how a little of chop chop every day and a delicious Mediterranean diet can make the big chunky crazy bull slowly turn into an Australian gladiator,' he wrote in the caption.
'Still a long process to go but fascinating how much sharper and lighter I feel and the fact is that over 10 kg is like two Xmas hams carrying with you everywhere and that's heavy,' he added.
