Heather Maltman has announced her resignation from Sea FM on the Gold Coast, telling listeners she will be finishing up on Friday. The former Bachelor star, who has co-hosted the Heather, Dan & Ben breakfast show since November 2016, said she will be relocating to Sydney to focus on her podcast series, One Together. 'After a long time now, I've decided to leave the show. Some would call this a sad day, others may high-five and have a spring in their step,' said Heather, 33. 'I've learned a lot in my time at Sea FM. Mostly I've learned how much I enjoy sleep,' she added. 'As I look towards a podcast, otherwise known as unemployment, You have to take risks to get what you want. For years I've wanted to be part of something really big.' The Queensland-born radio personality then revealed she plans to launch an acting career in China.
