A cheating scandal has rocked Channel Seven's House Rules.
Neighbours have reportedly accused contestants of bending the rules to get ahead.
'Contestants were still running in with homewares and decorations 20 minutes after we heard the buzzer go off on set,' a local told Woman's Day on Monday.
