After walking into the dining room, which had been renovated by Shayn and Carly, both brothers agreed the feature wall was a standout, with Tim calling it 'actually insane'.
Next up was the bathroom, with Tim, 32, admitting he was happy just to have a separate bath and shower.

While the judges were in two minds about the lounge room, Tim was left 'gobsmacked' by Katie and Alex's design.
He called the glass wall, which opened up into the backyard at the touch of a remote control, 'probably the best thing I have ever seen'.
After walking into the master bedroom, both Tim and Mat, 27, agreed sisters Mikaela and Eliza had made the most of the small space they had.

While they loved the timber feature wall, they thought there were too many lights in the room, having counted 15, with Mat claiming he was 'a bit blinded'.
Checking out the en suite, Tim thought Lisa and Andy's choice of tiles were 'very bold', and he noticed there was no towel rack, calling it 'a slight problem'.
The den featured an impressive mural of actor Michael J. Fox, with Tim being a huge fan of Back to the Future.
