Leno told the amateur chefs that it's vital to add the right amount of stock, so that the dish is not weighty in rice. Things began on a sour note for Leah, when she noticed her stock lacked a vibrant colour. Judge Matt Preston remarked that the dish resembled an 'English backpacker on Bondi Beach (in Sydney),' as it was 'super pale'.
