He is the legendary Scottish-Australian rocker who suffered a life scarred by drug addiction and alcoholism.
But Jimmy Barnes, 63, has revealed he now only takes to the stage under the influence of honey and water after learning to cope with his demons.
'I never drink before or during the shows,' he told The Weekend Australian, adding the only alcoholic beverages in his dressing room are for his band.

'I drink honey and hot water - it's really good.'
Jimmy has admitted in recent years to trying take his own life in an Auckland hotel room in 2012.
But after spending the best part of the last decade in therapy, the singer admits he is much more able to control his mental struggles.
