And such can be said for Abby Lee Miller, who's admitted to becoming less temperamental following prison time and cancer battle. 

In an interview with Us Weekly, the Dance Moms star spoke of how her life has changed, particularly with her patience.

'I don't think I get that upset over things,' she began. 

'It's hard to deal with the moms, all of that's hard, but I don't fly off the handle as quickly as I did. ...And when the kids don't win, I'm like, "Yeah, but you were great."'
