Zac Efron kept plenty cool on Memorial Day.
The 31-year-old actor immersed himself in a freezing cold bath, presumably after a workout, on the American holiday Monday.
In a series of clips on Instagram Stories, the San Luis Obispo, California native was seen exiting a heated sauna and heading straight toward a waiting tin bath full of cold water.

Efron, who recently played Ted Bundy in the Netflix film Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil And Vile, panted a bit amid the extremes, which he illustrated with a flame emoji and a frosty emoji next to one another.
Once in, Efron, who's recovering from surgery after tearing his ACL snowboarding in January, dunked his head under the water before coming back up and tagged comic Kevin Hart, challenging him to do the same.
The fitness-geared star, who played Matt Brody in the 2017 Baywatch film, presumably put himself through the extremes amid what experts call a rise of ice baths in an effort to speed up recovery and reduce inflammation.
