Earlier this month, BGT fans saw him get down on one knee and pop the question to his girlfriend Faye Compton moments after his successful audition.

And Jacob Jones had another surprise up his sleeve for Friday's live semi-finals, as he announced on that he and his fiancée were going to be having a baby before adding that his family didn't even know. 

Joking around, co-hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly placed their hands on their heads and sighed before saying: 'If he gets to the final what the hell will he announce then?'

While he warmed hearts with his news, the judges weren't as impressed by his performance as Amanda told him that his act had become 'more about the story of your love' than his singing. 

David disagreed, as he said: 'It was lovely I mean what a fantastic romantic thing to do, not only to propose on television, but sing a song of love to the person you love I think it was gorgeous.'

Unfortunately, Jacob's performance and unexpected declaration did not earn him a place in the final as that
