Khloe looked stunning in a figure-hugging black gown with featured a cut-out back, as she joined the black-tie clad Stan at Herbert Hoover High School in Glendale, Los Angeles.
She wore her blonde tresses in a slicked ponytail, and vamped up with perfected applied make-up.
Narbeh shared an image of the pair together at the event to his fan account, which has 236,000 followers.
