Stephanie, 26, who recently returned to Hollyoaks as Sinead Shelby, looked stunning in a pink strapless gown with floral detailing.

The loved up pair, who have been dating since last year, posed for snaps together on the red carpet, before giving each other a kiss for the cameras.
Her appearance at the award ceremony comes shortly after she shared harrowing photos of her bruised body as she reflected on her journey back to happiness.
The TV star detailed how her life had changed since her turbulent relationship with Jeremy McConnell ended, she got sober and returned to the Channel 4 soap.

The photos showed the former Celebrity Big Brother star with new boyfriend Owen and son Caben, two, as well as snaps of her bruises and recovering in hospital.
At the time, the star claimed Jeremy crushed a glass into her hand during one row, and said she suffered two severed tendons and had to undergo surgery.
